Individuals receive the Emerging Leader Handbook. A book as unique as the individual, written for them based on their personality.
PHASE 2:
The Immersive Intensive
Day 1: Leading Self
Understanding leadership style, strengths, and pressure patterns.
Day 2: Leading Others
Building trust, communicating clearly, and developing others.
Day 3: Leading Function
Creating ownership, accountability, and momentum through others.
PHASE 3:
Action Learning
Participants apply what they learn in real leadership situations through:
