Norman Buckley
Founder & Author
Norman is an Organisational Psychologist who has been leading the conversation around personality assessment and profiling for over 40 years. He conceived, developed and launched Facet5 in January 1990 based on years of research in personality theory.
Norman’s work focuses on delivering practical organisational benefits underpinned by his deep psychological knowledge and understanding. His experience of psychometric assessment methods and clear questionnaire design underlies the continuing development of innovative assessment methods.
He has travelled extensively to support business partners in the EU, North and South America and Asia Pacific. Clients include global consultancies, multi-nationals in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail, aviation, cosmetics, telecommunications, financial services, transportation, food and tobacco sectors, as well as those in central and local government departments and education.
Norman’s current interests focus on analysis of national character, cross cultural assessment, the creation of culture free ability measures and the interaction between personality and learned behaviour. He now concentrates primarily on research and development, while providing support to the Facet5 team and the company’s global partners.
Rebekah Williams
Director & co-author
Rebekah joined Facet5 in 1996 following a career in clinical psychological research, where she worked with organisations in both the public and private sector. She delivered key consulting assignments for major organisational change/restructuring programmes.
As she transitioned into the field of business psychology, Rebekah developed a unique range of personal development methodologies to deliver individual and team programmes for UK, European and Australian clients.
Rebekah’s work with Facet5 has ranged from individual assessment, leadership development and teambuilding to the design and delivery of training programmes, where complex knowledge and technology to clients is transferred.
She continues to be involved in global product development and has a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology.
