StartupBootcamp is a global network of ‘start-up accelerators’ which help connect entrepreneurs with the most relevant partners, investors and mentors in their sector.

We work with StartupBootcamp to support entrepreneurs in getting their new business off the ground. We offer them opportunity to use Facet5 to understand their personal strengths and challenges that could impact upon the success of their start-up (for instance; looking at how their personality turns up in relation to decision making, negotiation and risk management).

We are designing and will be delivering a bespoke Leadership Development Centre for 60 of the IOPC’s most senior leaders.

The LDC is designed to align to the organisations newly development Leadership Charter.

Each leader will receive a personal development plan, which will be underpinned by their personal Facet5 profile and behavioural observations made during the LDC. Additionally, the organisation will be provided with access to a wealth of Facet5 data and insight which will help them to construct and analyse their leadership profile, as an organisation.

This is our fourth year partnering with Syngenta to deliver an annual programme, across 92 countries, for 400 of their front-line and leader-of-leaders population.

The aim of the programme is to build and enhance leaders’ self-awareness and to lay the foundations of their personal leadership style – moving them closer to fulfilling their leadership aspirations.

The programme combines individual coaching and peer-to-peer workshops.

We are working with a recognised logistics and transportation organisation to address shared leadership capability challenges – primarily focussed around operating in a commercial environment.

We are bringing together an experienced, local culture along, using Facet5 to facilitate objective and non-emotional coaching sessions in order to transform their leadership capabilities. Facet5 is also allowing the leaders to adopt a simple, neutral language during conversations that helps to align and build engagement.

We partner with Cardiff University to design, deliver and facilitate a personal development programme for NHS healthcare managers.

Facet5 is embedded in to the annual programme, plus the twice-yearly workshops.

We are working with leaders to have objective coaching conversations around their individual leadership styles – based of course on the insight offered by their Facet5 profiles.

The programme focusses on growing local capabilities in Tanzania; typically external, international leaders would enter the business as part of a rotation before moving on to their next assignment. The work we are doing will allow the organisation to grow internal talent and capability and therefore build a consistent and unified leadership team.

We support AIG exclusively with their team development requirements.
We work alongside them to build internal capability which supports their internal strategy. This consists of resource design and implementing best practice.

Sainsbury’s have embedded Facet5 SpotLight into their Leadership Development Programme for store managers.

Used across the entire store management population, SpotLight has supported their development of problem-solving, horizon scanning and forward thinking . . .as well as celebrating their successes along the way!

Navitas are an education provider that supports post-graduates transition into new careers. Underpinning this process is Facet5 SpotLight, which Navitas use with each individual to support their career coaching process.

We continue to work with Nestle to deliver team development days as part of their R&D Accelerator Programme.

Both Facet5 and TeamScape are designed into the session in order to seek understanding and clarity around team members’ innovation and collaboration style, as well to seek to enhance inter-team relationships and boost awareness of self and of others.

We continue to work with Syngenta to build internal capability to support the programmes – particularly with a focus around team development. This brings to life the investment they have made and maintains momentum, well after the programme has finished.

Seagull is a Norwegian organisation specialising in training and development, specifically in the Maritime industry.

We work with Seagull to support the recruitment, onboarding and continual development of on and offshore mariners. A bespoke tailored selection report, available via Facet5 Audition, supports this process. From here, the Facet5 profile is used to support ongoing personal development.
